Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy sets out how withdrawal, cancellation and refunds work for paid plans of WorshipBridge AI (the “Service”), operated by Aletheia Lab Inc. (the “Company”). It forms part of the Terms of Service. For consumers resident in the Republic of Korea, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies, and nothing here limits the rights that Act grants; where this policy and the law differ, the law prevails.
2. What a Church is buying
- PayPal payments are recurring subscriptions. Monthly plans are charged every month and yearly plans every year. You can cancel at any time in your PayPal automatic-payment settings, or by asking us at [email protected]; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- So that you can try the Service before paying, we open a 4-week free trial (2 hours a month, 1 language) on request.
- Usage beyond the included hours and additional languages are billed on a separate invoice after we show you that month's usage record.
3. Withdrawal within 7 days
A Church may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of payment. If interpretation used in that time is 2 hours or less, we refund the full amount. If more than 2 hours were used, we refund the remaining amount after deducting the days already used, calculated daily.
4. Interpretation already provided
Under Korean law, withdrawal may be restricted once the provision of digital content or services has begun. We state this restriction before payment, in this document and in the payment window, and we offer the free trial for evaluation. The restriction therefore applies only to interpretation already provided, not to the unused remainder of your period, which is refundable under Articles 3 and 5.
5. After 7 days
After 7 days, a Church may still stop using the Service at any time and ask for a refund of the unused remainder. We calculate it daily from the date we receive the request to the end of the paid period.
6. When the fault is ours
If we fail to provide worship interpretation, or the Service is materially defective, for reasons attributable to the Company, the Church may choose either a full refund of the affected period or an extension of the same length. Maintenance announced in advance, and outages of third-party providers beyond our control, are handled as extensions where practicable.
7. How to request, and how long it takes
Email [email protected] from the address used for payment, with your church name and the payment date. We reply within 3 business days and, once a refund is approved, start the reversal to your original payment method through PayPal within 3 business days. Your card issuer, PayPal or bank may take additional days to post the credit.
8. What is not refundable
- Use provided free of charge (free trials, promotional periods)
- Periods already elapsed, and interpretation already provided beyond the allowance in Article 3
- Use suspended or terminated for the prohibited conduct in Article 6 of the Terms of Service
